These terms cover your use of physicianagency.co and the free guides offered on it. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Not legal or financial advice

The guides, articles, videos and other content on this site are for general education. They are not legal, tax, financial or medical advice, and they are not a substitute for advice about your specific contract or situation. Reading the site, downloading a guide, or emailing us does not create an attorney-client relationship or any other professional relationship. A service engagement with The Physician Agency begins only when we both agree to it in writing.

Compensation figures, survey data and outcomes described in our content are examples. Results depend on each physician's specialty, market, contract and negotiation, and past results do not guarantee future ones.

The free guides

The guides are for your own personal or internal professional use. You may print them and share a link to this site. Please don't sell them, repost the files, remove our name, or present them as your own. Organizations that want to use a guide for a group, such as a residency program or medical society, can ask us at ethan@physicianagency.co.

All content on the site, including text, guides, graphics and logos, belongs to The Physician Agency or is used with permission.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site. That includes submitting someone else's email address without permission, sending spam or automated requests through our forms, trying to break or overload the site, or copying the site's content in bulk.

Other websites

The site links to services we don't control, such as Calendly for booking calls. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

No warranties

The site and its content are provided "as is." We work to keep the guides accurate and current, but laws, contracts and market data change, and we do not promise that any content is complete, current or error-free, or that the site will always be available.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Physician Agency is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any decision you make based on the site's content. If we are found liable for anything related to the free use of this site, our total liability is limited to $100.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
